Job summary

South Tyneside Council is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head Teacher at Boldon School to begin in January 2027. The post requires outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to driving improvement across our school community.

You will lead school-wide culture change, work closely with staff and governors, and promote high expectations for pupil outcomes within a safe, inclusive environment.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and innovative Assistant Head Teacher, with outstanding interpersonal skills, to begin in January 2027

• Build and sustain positive working relationships with all stakeholders that are built on a shared vision, underpinned by trust.
