Do you want to work in a vibrant, rural 11-18 school, which is in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, on the edge of the thriving market town of Banbury? The Warriner School has an excellent academic reputation, both locally and more widely, and we are very proud to be an integral part of the community that we serve. Staff have high expectations for all students and work enthusiastically to continue raising attainment and achievement. We have an opportunity for a suitable candidate to join our thriving team of Assistant and Senior Assistant Heads of Year. The Key objectives for this role are to ensure day to day practical assistance to the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Year and wider pastoral team in promoting behaviour, student welfare and development and attendance. To be a consistent point of contact for students and home in their respective year group, to ensure students are prepared, and to maintain and support high standards of behaviour, uniform and mobile phone policy. This post is part time, 17.5hrs per week over 5 days with preferred working pattern of 8.15am to 11.45am, Term Time Only. This post is offered at Grade 8 Point 18 £31,537 pro rata. Actual salary £12,609. What we are looking for someone who has:
