Assistant Headteacher

Permanent, full-time role (8:30am-5:00pm)

We are supporting a school in finding a committed, dynamic Assistant Headteacher to join their dedicated team and help drive continued school improvement. You will join a small core team of specialist staff who support approximately 35 students, providing a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment that offers opportunities for reintegration into mainstream settings.

As Assistant Headteacher you will play a key leadership role in shaping the vision, ethos and daily life of the school. Working closely with the Head of School, you will support strategic planning, lead on school improvement priorities, and contribute to the continuous development of a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
