Working closely with the Head of Faculty, you'll support the strategic and operational leadership of our Business curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging and aligned with local and regional skills needs.

This role also involves deputising for the Head of Faculty when required and line managing staff to ensure the highest standards of performance and professional development.
You’ll be a highly effective teacher with substantial experience and a proven record of delivering high-quality education that leads to positive learner outcomes.

Experience in managing staff performance, resource planning and engagement with external stakeholders will be advantageous.
