Salaries are competitive, based on the Sixth Form College teachers pay scale, depending on qualification and experience (NSP 1 £32,178 to NSP 9 £49,725 FTE per annum), plus a responsibility allowance of £2,261 per annum. Please note that these pay scales are reviewed annually by the National Joint Council (NJC) and are subject to a nationally agreed pay award, which, once agreed, will be backdated to the 1st September 2025.
