Job summary

ASK Italian is hiring an Assistant Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, support the Head Chef, and drive high standards of food and service within our Italian restaurants. The role emphasizes passion for people, diverse cultures, hospitality, and teamwork to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Job description

Role: Assistant Head Chef / Sous Chef

Pay: Up to £15.75 per hour, including benefits.

Hourly Rate breakdown:

Up to £14.25 per hour, plus £1.50 per hour tronc average.
