ASK Italian is seeking an Assistant Head Chef/Sous Chef in Aberdeen to lead the kitchen during busy shifts and ensure exceptional food quality and service. You will manage a team, train staff, and uphold the brand’s hospitality standards.

Role: Assistant Head Chef / Sous Chef

Pay: Up to £15.75 per hour, including benefits.

Hourly Rate breakdown:

Up to £14.25 per hour, plus £1.50 per hour tronc average.
