Job summary

Bill's Worcester is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences at our Worcester site.

You will own shifts when the General Manager is away, understand what makes service tick, and work with the management team to drive goals and develop your team through training and leadership programs. With our Grow to Lead program, you will gain leadership qualifications and progress within Bill's.

Responsibilities

• Own your shift - when the General Manager is off you can lead.
• Understand what makes a service tick, and take steps to constantly improve how the team delivers.
• Support the management team to deliver the goals for the site - keep driving the site to deliver.
• Our robust training plans and the Grow to Lead program develop our managers over 12 months and provide leadership qualifications.
