• Have a track record of confidence and hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles; previous experience as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
• Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
