About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as an Assistant General Manager. As an Assistant General Manager you will be immersed in the core hotel operations mentored by experienced leaders and progressively take on responsibilities that prepare you for future senior management roles.

What You'll Do
  • Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth coordination across all functions.
  • Contribute to budgeting cost control and basic financial planning under supervision.
  • Participate in talent development and team motivation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of service teamwork and guest-centric values.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
  • Uphold RIUs brand values and guest experience standards.
