Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy hospitality team across our collection of restaurants, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Forbici and Riva Blu.

You will drive service excellence, manage food and beverage operations, staffing and budgeting, and develop talent through ongoing mentoring and training. This role offers strong career development and in-house training through our Rise programme to support your growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
