Motel Rocks Group Ltd is inviting applications for an Assistant Garment Technologist based in London. You will support technical development to deliver high‑quality products across Motel categories, ensuring fit, function and aesthetics meet brand standards and critical path deadlines.

You will work with design, yarn, factories and production teams, taking ownership of tech packs, fit notes and sample tracking while contributing to sustainability goals and continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• Solid technical background across multi‑product categories.
• Experience in garment fitting and construction.
• Familiarity with tech packs and critical path.
• Experience in fast‑paced fashion environments.
• Confident communicator across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development and ensure product fit and quality.
• Assist in creating and updating tech packs for suppliers.
• Support fit sessions and take notes/images for follow‑up actions.
• Maintain development trackers and monitor the critical path.
• Collaborate with design, production and buying to meet deadlines.
• Support sustainability initiatives where possible.
