A leading water sector firm in Greater London seeks a Project Manager to support the preconstruction phase for water and waste projects. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring efficient solutions, and leading technical reviews. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure programme delivery and strong project management skills. This role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working options.
To work alongside and support the Framework Preconstruction Manager on a programme of work including water and waste projects within our framework and major projects engagements. To support successful delivery in the preconstruction phase including design, client and supply chain engagement, by creating a quality and consistent approach to preconstruction across the framework. To support the Precon Manager in a matrix organisational structure with accountability for the consistency and quality of our preconstruction performance between SG0 to SG3. To support the Precon Manager at peer level with the Programme Managers to steer our AMP8 Programme efforts.
Regular travel throughout the Thames Region office‑based locations required. Based in Coppermills, but weekly travel required to Hampton and Maple Lodge, as required by the Preconstruction Manager.
