Our Boys Academy Department is proud to have achieved the prestigious Category One Academy status which reflects our commitment to delivering excellence across all areas of youth football including coaching, education, training, and facilities. We are dedicated to supporting and nurturing the next generation of elite footballers, as demonstrated in our memorable treble‑winning 2024/25 season for our U18s as we topped the Under‑18 Premier League Southern section table, the Under‑18 Premier League national title and we lifted the prestigious FA Youth Cup.
As we continue to build on our success, we are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Foundation Phase (FP) Lead Coach (U9-11) to join the team.
You will assist the Foundation Phase Lead Coach in delivering and co‑ordinating our FP development programme, specifically working with our U9‑11 players. You will support in ensuring that our Foundation Phase programme meets our high‑quality technical programme standards and coaching philosophy.
You will lead in preparing, coaching and debriefing the U9 team which will include the management and delivery of individual player programmes, reviews and feedback to parents and guardians. You will be responsible for arranging a signing and induction programme for our new U9s – creating a positive, inclusive and safe environment to ensure they have the best possible start to their time with the Club.
You and the FP Lead Coach will work collaboratively with our Scouting Team and the wider multi‑disciplinary team to ensure that we are providing the right resources and support to empower pre‑registered players to thrive and reach their full potential.
