A leading health insurance provider in the UK seeks an Assistant Finance Business Partner to support financial analysis and strategic decision-making. You'll work collaboratively with business and finance stakeholders to deliver insights and reports. The ideal candidate will have a part-qualified accountant status, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel. As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you'll support AXA Health in meeting both short‑term operational goals and long‑term strategic objectives. Your inquisitive mindset, data manipulation skills, and ability to communicate insights effectively will enable you to provide timely financial analysis, build strong relationships across teams, and support decision‑making processes. This role offers the opportunity to develop your finance career within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
