Relais & Châteaux at Thornbury Castle seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their Food & Beverage Team. This full-time position involves providing 5* guest experiences in a unique castle setting, overseeing F&B operations, and ensuring high standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Relais & Châteaux property or AA Rosette-awarded restaurant is highly desirable.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, polished appearance.
• A genuine passion for hospitality with enthusiasm and flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in running the department.
• Take accountability for F&B operations in the absence of the F&B Operations Manager.
• Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional and positive manner.

Skills

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits
