Role Overview

As an Assistant Estimator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Pricing small works and domestic projects valued between £130K – £700K
• Supporting the pre‑construction process, from tender through to handover
• Working closely with senior estimators on larger, high‑value schemes
• Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, tender documents, and subcontractor enquiries
