Your new role

About the role

As an Assistant Estimator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing analytical estimating packages for the full cost of the service
  • Working closely with the operational team to develop detailed and achievable Service solutions and agree with operational management
  • Preparing work packages and developing subcontractor costs
  • Labour loading of asset information
  • Propose innovative solutions to deliver client requirements

About you

You’llalready have experience of estimating for construction projects and a background in a similar role. Excellent IT skills are just as important. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, accurate reporting skills, a professional approach, and a genuine ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
