A boutique, close‑knit, supportive and very successful company based in Chelsea are looking for an Assistant EA and Office Coordinator to join their team ASAP. You will initially be hired on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with the strong hope of it transitioning into a permanent role next year, which gives you the perfect opportunity to try before you buy!
This role offers phenomenal exposure as you will be providing Assistant EA support to their UHNW CEO, both in a business and private capacity. You will work closely with the EA to the CEO, to help manage the CEO’s entire life.
It is essential that this person is upbeat, professional, well‑presented, muck‑in, flexible and has very strong attention to detail. They are looking for someone with 1‑2 years of office experience who can hit the ground running and is not phased by supporting a HNW charismatic CEO.
