Southwark Council is seeking an Assistant Director of Resident Experience to provide strategic leadership for how residents access, experience and engage with services across digital channels and in-person touchpoints. You will shape the transformation programme and lead the development of a unified resident-facing ecosystem.

Reporting to the Director of Digital and Resident Experience, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, set standards, and ensure accessible, inclusive, and outcomes-focused
