Job Description

Assistant Director of Residential Services

Location: Dedham

Type: Full-Time

TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options.

Responsibilities
  • The Assistant Director of Residential Services will establish and maintain quality residential services which are in keeping with TILL\'s philosophy of personal growth and community membership. The AD will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Managers.
Qualifications
  • A BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working in a residential setting with similar population. Progressive responsibilities in administration, hiring and supervising staff, direct care, and working with state agencies.
  • Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate individual needs and objectives, as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
  • Medication Certification, CPR and First Aid training are a condition of employment
  • Valid driver\'s license and vehicle is required.

Starting Pay: $65,000.00 per year
