You\'ll rapidly envelop a detailed and accurate picture of the condition of all council-owned stock, and use this insight to develop an effective and comprehensive asset management plan that delivers safe, warm and dry homes for all.
Overseeing a team of 175, with an annual capital budget of c.£45m, you\'ll bring an impressive track record of rapid acceleration of improvement, a nuanced grasp of managing major contracts, and a high level of analytical and organisational skill.
