Assistant Director Communities & Integration | Permanent contract | £77,732 to £86,720 per annum (Scale O) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an Assistant Director Communities & Integration to drive strategic commissioning, integration, and prevention across Norfolk’s adult social care landscape. This is an opportunity to lead the development of innovative, outcome‑focused services that support people to live independently and thrive in their communities.

In This Pivotal Role, You Will

• Lead integrated commissioning across health and social care, shaping joint priorities and delivery models.
• Oversee the Better Care Fund, ensuring investment drives meaningful impact.
• Champion co‑production and partnership working with internal teams, health providers, and community stakeholders.
• Develop and embed commissioning strategies that respond to increasing demand and workforce challenges.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance across the Communities and Integration Team.
