Role Overview

As an AI and Digital Strategy Assistant Director at EY-Parthenon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving AI and digital transformation initiatives for clients, leveraging emerging technologies to create commercial and operational value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and challenges, identifying opportunities for AI and digital technologies to deliver superior performance.
• Lead teams to develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with digital transformation goals and overall business strategy.
• Advise clients on integrating AI technologies into existing digital ecosystems to optimize processes, enhance decision‑making, and generate competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain relationships internally and externally, fostering long‑term client relationships from strategy to execution.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design digital/AI transformation roadmaps and execute complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in consulting (preferably strategy, operational and/or technology) focused on value creation, or analogous experience.
• Direct experience working with organizations on digital, AI or related topics, understanding levers to make change stick and generate value.
• Track record of working on large‑scale transformation projects, preferably in a digital context.
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI technologies (GenAI, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision) and their business and enterprise architecture application.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong people management and calibration capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Background in commercial/operational strategy consulting transitioning into technology strategy.
