You will contribute to delivering high standards of customer service, stock management, and health and safety across the depot, while benefiting from a supportive team culture and competitive benefits package.

• Experience supporting or leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Depot Manager in day-to-day running of the depot.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local trade customers.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to improve performance.
• Oversee sales, customer service, warehouse and stock.
• Review performance and drive sales to achieve targets.
