A law enforcement agency in London is seeking an Assistant CTOC Building Manager to support building operations and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves building relationships with occupying units, assisting in the planning of office moves, and contributing to the maintenance of facilities. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience and a proactive approach to support service delivery.
As a member of the Local Support Services Building Management team CTPHQ, this role provides locally based hands‑on support to the delivery of FM and property related services at CTOC (ESB). This role is important in maintaining an exemplary service to senior officers, staff and Partners in the most significant, operationally critical and highly sensitive building.
Reporting to the CTOC Building Manager, this role is based in CTOC supporting the delivery of all soft and hard FM services; working closely with operational police officers, Staff and Partners; monitoring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety (H&S) and related regulation; helping to improve utilisation and working practices through monitoring the adoption of ‘smarter working’; utilisation and providing onsite support for all people moves and related activities.
