Qualifications

• Assist with planning menus, pricing and achieving budgeted food costs.
• Assist with all food preparation and cooking.
• Prepare light foods, snacks and beverages.
• Ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes and participate in kitchen activities.
• Ensure knowledge of daily menu, portions and prices.

• Assist in cleaning kitchen areas and store rooms.
• Comply with hygiene and safety regulations for staff and equipment.
• Carry out additional kitchen tasks as required by the Cook.
• Assist in food prep for special functions and theme days.
