Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager in Dartford to oversee on-site activities and support the Contracts Management team. The role requires current on-the-tools experience with a path to management and a focus on health and safety across highway and civils projects.

You’ll coordinate with operations, manage RAMS, and help deliver a diverse pipeline of civils works while traveling across the Home Counties and holding relevant CSCS/SSSTS registrations.

Qualifications

• On the tools and ready to step into management.
• Experience coordinating people and overseeing on-site work.
• Streetworks Supervisor, SSSTS or Gold CSCS.
• Full UK driving license with willingness to travel across the Home Counties.

• Coordinate between the Operations Manager and site teams
• Prepare and manage RAMS and maintain health & safety standards
• Support wider Contracts Managers with project delivery
