  • Act as the main point of contact for post-completion issues.
  • Take an active role in the recruitment and selection process.

Duties
  • Pre-Construction : Attend pre‑construction meetings with clients and the commercial team to assist in securing projects and offering advice on buildability, sequence, and program.
  • Project Planning : Produce and monitor construction phase programmes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and resource planning.
  • Health & Safety : Develop and implement Health & Safety documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and COSHH Assessments.
  • Communication : Act as the main point of contact for all post‑completion issues, ensuring timely and efficient responses to any defects or other matters raised by the client after Practical Completion.
  • Recruitment : Take an active role in the recruitment and selection process as and when required.
