  Previous water consultancy experience. Some engineering design experience or hydraulic modelling experience is desirable.
• A degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography or a related discipline with significant engineering, hydraulics or GIS content.
• A strong interest in the water environment and an understanding of the issues associated to sustainability and climate change adaptation.
• Experience of GIS (e.g. ArcGIS or Mapinfo) is essential and hydraulic modelling software (e.g. Infoworks ICM) is desirable.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and becoming a chartered professional
• Good problem solving/contingency planning skills with ability to find quick, innovative and practical solutions to problems.

These roles can be worked flexibly, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times. Please note we will be relocating to Leeds City Centre mid next year from our current base in Chapel Allerton.
