A prominent retail organization is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support their Property team in delivering capex projects efficiently. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and budget constraints while collaborating with various teams. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel. The role offers remote and field-based work throughout the UK.
£32,640 - £48,000 plus great benefits including company car (Work Level 6A)
Remote / Field-based, covering the UK with regular travel and some overnight stays required
We're looking for a motivated Assistant Construction Manager to join Co-op's Property team. It'll be up to you to support the Construction Manager by delivering a portfolio of capex projects on time, within budget and always to the highest standards of health and safety.
This varied role offers you the chance to work autonomously and is a great opportunity for you to work across multiple workstreams, gaining exposure and knowledge as you go. We'll also help you to develop in the role, providing access to lots of really valuable training.
