Job Description:

A well-established commercial FTSE 250 organisation is currently seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to play a leading role in managing the day-to-day Group Secretariat requirements for the Group.

  1. Responsibilities include:
  2. Management of Board and Board Committee Meetings
  3. Corporate administration including Companies Registry filings and disclosures
  4. Leading key projects such as the production of the Annual Report and organising the AGM
  5. Ensuring compliance with all listed company, corporate, and regulatory requirements
  6. Engaging with the Board, Executive Committee, Senior Leadership, and external stakeholders such as NEDs

Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a listed company environment and be confident in handling full listed company responsibilities independently.
