Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Company Secretarial practice and Company Law for other jurisdictions would be advantageous.

Overview

The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for the governance framework and company secretarial matters for our client. The Assistant will provide effective support assisting with the adherence of regulatory and statutory requirements and general company secretarial administration and tasks.
