A leading outsourcing firm is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves ensuring compliance with governance requirements and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will be a member of the Chartered Governance Institute and possess expertise in secretarial activities. This position offers hybrid work with a requirement to be in the London office once weekly, as well as 23 days of pro-rata holiday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a UK qualified Company Secretary to join our team for a 6 - month fixed term contract.
The successful applicant will join a small professional secretariat team which manages all the Group's legal entities and all secretariat matters relating to a public listed company. The role will be varied, with the successful candidate assisting with -
Successful candidates must be a member of the Charters Governance Institute in the UK and possess professional expertise in handling Secretarial activities compliances (MNC exposure).
