A leading hospitality group in Brighton is seeking an Assistant Cluster Meeting & Events Manager to maximize revenue across properties by managing bookings and enhancing guest relations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibilities including driving meeting room occupancy and coordinating with sales teams. The ideal candidate is proactive and motivated, with a passion for hospitality.
Rate of Pay / Hours: Competitive Salary / 45 Hours Per Week

A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the revenue across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Brighton. As an Assistant Cluster Meeting & Events Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue by driving meeting room occupancy, ensuring all bookings align with the hotels' interests and business needs. You will report to the National Meetings & Events Manager and the General Managers of the hotels, working alongside the Central Sales Office to support the conversion of inquiries. Developing relationships with guests and management across both properties will be key to ensuring the smooth running of all meetings and events.
Every day will be different as you manage your time across two properties, juggling various events. You need to be organized, motivated, proactive, and possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
