This is a very exciting opportunity to work at the regional level supporting the team who work with all the neonatal units across the East Midlands. The East Midlands Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (ODN) is looking to recruit an assistant clinical psychologist to provide support to the lead psychologist and to the lead allied health professional and pharmacy team.
The post holder will be involved in developing resources to support the development of new neonatal psychology and allied health/pharmacy services across the East Midlands. They will also be responsible for supporting with the roll out of training to psychological professionals and allied health professionals working in neonatal care across the East Midlands.
The post will offer regular supervision with a Consultant Clinical Psychologist which will allow the post-holder to develop their clinical skills, reflective thinking and to understand important issues affecting the NHS and service delivery. There are multiple opportunities to contribute to service audit and quality improvement research projects.
