Job summary

THE·TEAM in London seeks an Assistant, Client Accounting to support the settlement and financial administration of artist tours.

You will reconcile client accounts on Sage 200, prepare settlement statements, handle payments in multiple currencies, and support month-end reporting; strong numerical and communication skills are essential.

Experience in live events is a plus; this role offers exposure to a global agency at the center of sports, music and entertainment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Impeccable communication skills (oral, interpersonal, and written).
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Sage 200 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile client (Artist) accounts on Sage 200.
• Prepare tour settlement statements for multiple agents.
• Handle payments to artists in various currencies.
• Mailing out and filing artist statements and commission invoices.
• Raising commission invoices on a weekly basis.
• Weekly reconciliation of artist ledgers.
• Allocating artist payments on bespoke CRM.
• Ensuring correct application of withholding taxes, FEU, and VAT.
• Weekly commission currency exchange rates added to bespoke CRM.
• Handling refunds to promoters and telephone verifying bank details.
• Reviewing bank receipts allocations on bespoke CRM.
• Reviewing work carried out by junior members of staff.
