Assistant Client Accountant — £24,570 PA — Full time, permanent — Nottingham City Centre, NG1

SF Recruitment are currently looking for a candidate looking to take a step into an accounts role. If you already have administrative / basic accounts experience or are a finance graduate and have an interest in working within accounts please get in touch.

Responsibilities

• Client reporting
• VAT reporting
• Charge raising
• Client Pay overs of Rent / Insurance funds when cleared
• Funding requests
• System maintenance
• Recharging of costs to be recovered, e.g. Insurance
• Liaising with internal accounts staff across the division
• Adhering to Quality Assurance
• Ensuring process and procedures are followed
• Ad hoc duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Essential skills include MS Excel, excellent attention to detail, proven ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills
• GCSE C and above including English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Whilst previous experience in accounts is desirable, it is not essential
