Informed Engineering is recruiting an Assistant Civil Engineer for a permanent, full-time position in the West Midlands, UK. The role targets graduates or early-career engineers with an interest in major infrastructure projects on both client and contractor sides.

You will support design, information management, and BIM coordination, while growing toward professional registration. Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelors or Masters).
• Willing to work towards IEng or CEng with the ICE.

Aufgaben

• Engage with Engineering and Design Managers and Construction Teams to ensure project efficiency and success through design, construction and handover stages.
• Provide design support to ensure compliance with current standards and legislation.
• Assist with clash resolution and coordination between stakeholders.
• Support management and coordination of project information across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Review project information to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery challenges.
• Assist with production and coordination of multidisciplinary CAD and BIM deliverables.
• Develop understanding of ISO 19650, EIRs, BEPs, and other project information requirements.
• Support digital engineering strategies and project mobilisation activities.
