Droitwich Spa Salvation Army operates a busy charity shop, which works to meet the needs of the local community and to raise funds for the work of the Salvation Army in the local area. We are looking to appoint an Assistant Charity Shop Manager to join our team, who will help oversee the safe and effective management of the shop and will work to further the mission of The Salvation Army, Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of customer care, managing the daily operation of the shop including stock management and shop appearance, managing the security and accounting of cash, health and safety issues, administrative tasks, and the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers.
