  • Updating clients and agents regularly and promptly.
  • Issuing draft contract documents maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Requesting redemption statements and compiling draft completion statements.
  • Chasing and satisfying enquiries on Freehold and Leasehold sale transactions.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties such as management companies and local authorities.
  • Assisting with purchase files where required. Chasing replies to enquiries.
  • Liaising with clients and other conveyancers to facilitate exchange of contracts.
  • Dealing with completion administration.
  • Compiling accurate accounts packs for completion.

Assistant Case Handler

Location: Bedford

This role requires at least one years' experience as an Assistant Case Handler or in a similar role.

Role Description

To provide administrative assistance to the Case Handler and guidance to the Property Administrator. This will include a wide range of duties some of which are detailed below.
