Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Buyer for Womenswear in a hybrid role combining home and office work. The position is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, with a minimum of three days per week in a Home Office.

You will support the Buyer in range planning, promotions, supplier liaison, and trading activities for the Womenswear category, helping drive cost and retail changes and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Buyer in all areas, including sales tracking and analysis.
• Keep admin up to date, including line listings, cost and retail changes.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure deadlines and tasks are met.
• Raise and reconcile internal and external invoices to the category.
• Assist the Buyer with competitor research and day-to-day trading of the category.

Other important tasks include raising and reconciling of internal and external invoices to the category and assisting the Buyer with competitor research and the day to day trading of your category.
