Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the end-to-end management of Board and Group-level committee actions, ensuring outputs are tracked and closed.
  • Leading the preparation, review and consolidation of executive briefing materials with input from multiple teams.
  • Managing timely production of leadership outputs, including executive meetings and engagement activity.
  • Building effective relationships across senior leadership support teams to ensure priorities are understood and deadlines met.
  • Analysing information from diverse sources to support decision-making and provide executive insight.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of governance, reporting and business support processes.
