We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to join a leading construction and property consultancy firm. Responsibilities
  • Conducting building surveys and inspections to assess conditions, defects, and compliance with regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, specifications, and schedules of work.

  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Conducting research and analysis on building materials, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budget management.
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Surveyor or similar role.
