Qualifications

Overview

In this role, you'll support the Building Manager with the day-to-day running of the property, ensuring it runs efficiently and provides an excellent occupier experience. You'll act as a key point of contact for tenants, coordinate hard and soft services, monitor contractor performance, and ensure all maintenance and health and safety requirements are met. You'll also assist with purchase orders, invoices, service charge budgets, tenant events, and contribute to the building's ESG initiatives to drive sustainability and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Building Manager with day-to-day running of the property to ensure efficient operation and a high-quality occupier experience.
  • Act as a key point of contact for tenants; coordinate hard and soft services and monitor contractor performance.
  • Ensure all maintenance and health and safety requirements are met; assist with purchase orders, invoices, and service charge budgets.
  • Contribute to tenant events and the building s ESG initiatives to drive sustainability and engagement.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Current or prior experience as a Facilities Coordinator ready to step up, or as an Assistant Building Manager seeking exposure to a prestigious, high-profile asset.
  • Experience working for a managing agent is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety; IOSH qualification is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
