Assistant Brand Manager – Richmond (FMCG)

Location : Uxbridge ¦ ?? Full-time ¦ ?? Marketing

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - please note this is a 5 days a week in the office role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing team as an Assistant Brand Manager on the iconic Richmond brand (£180m RSV). Richmond has been on a transformational journey, expanding into new categories, launching bold innovation, and strengthening its equity. Now, we're looking for someone with passion, drive, and creativity to help us take the brand even further.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with one of the UK's most loved food brands, working across innovation, activation, and brand‑building projects.

What you’ll do

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our strategy to life by :

  • Driving innovation projects from idea through to launch — including pack design, sustainability initiatives, and exciting new product development.
  • Supporting campaign execution across ATL, BTL, shopper, and digital channels to ensure Richmond shines in‑market.
  • Partnering with cross‑functional teams and agencies to deliver high‑quality brand activity on time and to budget.
