A leading entertainment company in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the UK Marketing team. You will play a key role in brand management, ensuring high levels of support and contributing to the growth of the brand portfolio. Candidates should have a degree and a minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced marketing environment. This role offers hands-on experience and the chance to collaborate with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing management and communication of the UK product line.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
  • Provide continuous brand and product support to the UK Sales Team.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the UK showroom with new graphics.
  • Provide support to the Consumer Handling Agency and other internal teams.

Position Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Degree-level education and/or CIM qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced business or marketing environment.
  • Experience in brand or marketing support roles preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Product Line Management Support (30%)
    Support the ongoing management and communication of the UK product line, including new product introductions, positioning, and competitive analysis.
    Coordinate product samples for customer selections.
    Collaborate with the US team to manage the product asset library (sales materials, presentations, imagery, manuals, and product specifications).
  • 2. Marketing Activation (20%)
    Support the execution of marketing initiatives as outlined in the Marketing Plan, including PR, social media, experiential, influencer, and partnership campaigns.
    Liaise with external PR agencies to coordinate sample and asset delivery.
    Work with design agencies to adapt assets for UK‑specific use (POS, catalogues, digital, and social media).
    Provide administrative and logistical support such as raising purchase orders and managing sample requests.
  • 3. Sales Support (30%)
    Provide continuous brand and product support to the UK Sales Team.
    Supply retailers with accurate and timely product information, including specification forms, copy, images, certificates, and compliance documentation.
    Maintain and upload product information to customer portals as required.
  • 4. Showroom & Trade Shows (10%)
    Assist in maintaining and updating the UK showroom with new graphics, creative assets, and product samples.
    Support the organisation and attendance of trade shows and exhibitions in collaboration with the Sales Team (occasional unsocial hours may be required).
  • 5. Ad Hoc Projects (10%)
    Provide support to the Consumer Handling Agency and other internal teams as needed.
    Undertake additional marketing and brand‑related projects as required.
