Job summary

Trumbull County Educational Service Center seeks an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach for Bristol Local Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is seasonal and reports to the Athletic Director. Qualifications

• Five years related experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Sports medicine license.
• Alternative to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate.
• Both Ohio BCI and FBI Background information if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of students.
• Assist the Head Basketball Coach in scheduling, equipment, and practice planning.
• Assist players in the care and prevention of injuries.
• Prepare eligibility lists and communicate with teachers to determine achievement levels.
• Attend clinics, camps, and seminars and coordinate with athletic staff.
