Assistant Manager

Our client seeks an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join their enthusiastic team. This role will demand excellent leadership, people management and communication skills.

The main aim of the role is to provide customers with a first-class experience whilst delivering financial results.

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Creating a first-class working environment with a well-trained team.
• Ensuring the bar is well stocked and inventory is managed at all times.
• Delivering sales and margin targets.
• Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Ability to pitch in and lead from the front.
• Collaborate positively with our Partners to ensure delivery of memorable local events.

Hours and Pay

Hours are 30 – 40 hours per week. Pay is up to £14.00 an hour, depending on experience with additional bonus for hitting targets.
