Qualifications

• Ability to build strong professional relationships with customers and professionals.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience with lending documentation and AML/KYC procedures advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare facility letters and account documentation.
• Process documentary requirements for lending facilities from credit approval to drawdown and liaise with lawyers and valuers.
• Conduct ongoing and annual account reviews to ensure compliance.
• Administer accounts for new and existing customers with high service standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counterparties for top-tier service.
• Support branch marketing and nurture relationships with local professionals.
